CLASSES SUITABLE FOR

All Ability Levels

Personal Training

Personal training is an effective way of accomplishing your individual goals and maximizing your use of time in the gym. During your sessions with your personal trainer, you will receive an individualized training session, along with new technique and movement tips. Your trainer will be your supporter, your instructor, your fan and your coach.

Anyone can benefit from our personal training sessions; athletes training for a specific sport, individuals with health or orthopedic limitations, or prefer the extra accountability and guidance.

Our personal training process follows 3 phases. The first phase we will assess your physical abilities. We utilize a broad variety of tests to get an understanding of your broad general physical fitness. We will then make a specific program for you allowing you to progress towards your goals. After our training cycle we will re-test to ensure that we are making progress towards your specific goal.

Group Fitness

Our group classes are programmed for a diverse and varied community. Everyone will benefit from our programmed classes regardless of age, fitness level, or goals. We utilize a levels based system that will ensure that our members are put in a challenging but safe training environment. Our training system accommodates each member in their level of fitness by providing modifications to each movement and weight for every workout. We run different class times in order to accommodate your busy schedule. Classes are 60 minutes long so we can provide you with an excellent workout in a timely manor.

For those that are brand new to CrossFit, we offer a starter pack membership that provides three personal training sessions that allow you to safe and effectively learn functional fitness movements so you can move into group fitness classes seamlessly.

Nutrition

Our Nutrition program offers customized nutrition programs tailored to your individual goals to help you look, feel, and perform your very best. There are NO templates here!!!

We use a holistic approach with our plans and make adjustments as needed based on your progress. These programs are for ANYONE, whether you are an athlete, busy professional, or a stay at home mom, we are here to help!

CrossFit Kids

Our CrossFit Kids program will teach your kids the proper way to lift and move. With an emphasis on ensuring your kids enjoy exercise and make it part of their daily lives. We run classes twice a week for ages 9-13. Our goal is to introduce your child into the world of functional fitness in an exciting and educational way! We incorporate equipment and body weight movements through a variety of games and activities in order to engage your child. Our class is ran by a highly educated coach so we can provide the best and safest classes. Your child won’t just improve their strength and mobility, but make friends and memories along the way.
