For 8-14-year-olds, we encourage younger athletes to join our Junior Varsity training program, to ensure that they receive age-appropriate instruction. Junior Varsity programming is designed to meet the specific needs of a younger population, taking into account differences in neurological development, cognitive capacity, and motor skills.  Our program highlights the importance of exercise and prepares young bodies and minds for optimal growth and development. Junior Varsity is built to serve both aspiring performance athletes, and kids looking to build the foundation for life-long healthy living. CrossFit-style training can serve equally well as supplemental or off-season dry-land training for other sports, or stand alone as an incredible way to promote athleticism and fitness early in development. We encourage teamwork and cooperation in a safe, but competitive environment that has an emphasis on EFFORT, not ABILITY

All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. CrossFit’s training methodology is safe, effective and most importantly fun.
