B- 30 min Basic Nutrition Consultation
Includes counseling on:
– Food quality and what each macronutrient (protein/carbs/fat) does for your body.
– Preworkout and Postworkout nutrition recommendations.
– Water recommendations.
– Basic Supplement recommendations.
– You would not be receiving specific macronutrient numbers or calories – this would fall into our custom nutrition program
