Hungry Panda

Hungry Panda meals exists to provide you with healthy and convenient meal options that meet your nutritional goals. We realize how hectic life can be, and these tasty freezer meals are available to fuel your body appropriately while you are busy living life!

Hungry Panda meals are gluten and dairy free, and made up of healthy whole foods with no preservatives or additives. These meals come with the nutritional macronutrients right on the box – we take the guesswork and prep work out of healthy eating.


All ordering takes place on ZenPlanner. Head over to the CrossFit Framework Online Shop to order.  


We currently offer a “Large” and “Small” option for each meal.

Large consists of approximately 500 calories and Small consists of approximately 350 calories per meal with 30% protein, 40% carbohydrates, and 30% fat.

Burrito Bowl

Our burrito bowl is made up of seasoned ground turkey and fajita mixed veggies alongside a bed of jasmine rice. Topped off with a spicy homemade guacamole, this is a filling meal you are sure to enjoy!

Ingredients: ground turkey, taco seasoning (chili powder, garlic, red pepper, oregano, paprika cumin, salt and pepper), Jasmine rice, salsa, olive oil, mushrooms, zucchini, red bell pepper, guacamole (avocado, jalapenos, cilantro, lime, salt, garlic)

Large: 515cals (40Protein, 47Carbs, 17Fat)

Small: 360cals (29Protein, 33Carbs, 11Fat)

Butter Chicken

Here’s a healthy spin on a classic Indian dish – slightly spicy Butter Chicken cooked with a variety of spices and served with Jasmine rice, green peas, and spinach.

Turkey Meatloaf with Coconut Bacon Sweet Potatoes

This spin on a family favorite is sure to have your family members drooling… turkey meatloaf loaded with veggies served with coconut milk infused mashed sweet potatoes with a healthy mix of bacon. You will want to have this for supper every night!

Ingredients: Ingredients: ground turkey, asparagus, zucchini, celery, onion, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, jalapenos, Dijon mustard, gluten-free Worchester sauce.

BBQ Pulled Pork

Pulled pork seasoned with a tangy homemade BBQ sauce is served alongside a white and sweet potato medley with peppers and  mushrooms.  A side of our famous spicy guacamole makes this meal complete.

Honey Garlic Salmon

Perfectly flavoured salmon glazed with a classic honey garlic sauce is served with broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers.

Chicken Peanut Rice Bowl

This Thai inspired chicken rice stirfry is just the right balance of sweet and savory with a mix of carrots, broccoli, and red bell peppers. A healthy way to enjoy a Thai favorite!

Honey Mustard Chicken

This is classic chicken and rice, but made with an amazing sweet and tangy sauce. Served with Jasmine rice, and a vegetable medley – healthy eating at its finest!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Energy Balls

Ingredients: protein powder, oats, natural peanut butter, honey, chocolate chips*, coconut oil, sea salt

Options – Whey Protein Powder OR Vegan Protein Powder (pea protein, brown rice protein, pumpkin protein)

*If made with vegan protein powder, it is also made with dairy free chocolate chips

Pick up information

Weekdays: All orders received before 6pm will be available for pickup the next business day from 1-630pm

Weekends: All orders placed on the weekend will be available for pickup on Monday between 1-630pm.

Pick up location  at CrossFit Framework 1916-2ave South.

All orders are placed online through ZenPlanner.

How to store & reheat meals

Please store all meals in the freezer.

All of our meals come in microwave safe containers.

FOR BEST RESULTS: Remove from freezer the night before. Day of, remove the lid and reheat in the microwave for 2 minutes and check for temperature.

If you forget to remove from freezer, reheat in microwave from frozen in 2 minute intervals – will need 4-6 minutes total microwave time.

You can also heat on stovetop or in oven (please remove from container prior to heating with these methods)


Each meal is designed and tested by Hungry Panda Nutrition Coach Robyn Stewart with the focus on recreating classic favourites into healthy macro friendly dishes. We are certified by Alberta Health Services Provincial Food Sanitation and Hygiene Course and create our meals in a food safe commercial kitchen.
