Community is the biggest component that drives people to CrossFit.  Nobody will ever finish a workout alone. You will always have someone cheering you on and driving you to do your absolute best. You will meet life-long friends and be excited to workout with people that have similar goals of health and fitness. We strive to make this the best hour of your day.

Our CrossFit Classes are perfect for anyone trying to improve their  fitness. In a 1 hour group class you will focus on:

-A warm-up that is relevant to today’s Workout of the Day (WOD)
-A WOD, which will be a combination of strength work, cardiovascular conditioning, skill-based conditioning, and/or accessory work
-Mobility exercises to help with joint function and range of motion
-FUN! We always want to make sure that your fitness journey is something you enjoy
